Stephanie Wagner, Associate Trainer + Bellwether Clinic Coordinator

Stephanie’s 25 years of experience in the horse industry began at a very young age. Her interests included 4H, Saddle-club, and successfully competing in English and Western disciplines in the WSCA, PHBA, and AQHA show rings. Horses had always been her passion and so she chose to make them her profession. 

Stephanie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Horsemanship from the University of Montana –Western, as well as a Masters in Equine Education from William Woods University. Her focus has been on studying the methods of legendary horsemen Tom and Bill Dorrance, Ray Hunt, and Buck Brannaman. Stephanie has worked alongside many top horseman around the country and has used her accumulated experience to build a horsemanship program that specializes in colt starting, training, and horsemanship instruction. In addition, her many years as an equine veterinary technician also lends itself to her quality approach to caring for and training horses. Combining in-depth education with scientific knowledge and working experience, has become a winning combination for Stephanie.


Stephanie has now teamed up with horseman Michael Sparling of Bellwether Farms to offer a unique program that focuses on the “Pursuit of the Art of Horsemanship.”
